Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Ala eddine chokri ("we", "us"), the publisher of GameDash. By downloading or using GameDash you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. Who can use GameDash

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you may use GameDash only with your parent's or guardian's permission, and they accept these Terms for you.

3. Your account

• You can play as a guest, or sign in with Apple or Google. Guest progress is tied to a guest account. If you delete the app or sign out, you may not be able to get it back.
• Keep your device and sign-in secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Your display name must not impersonate anyone or be offensive, hateful, sexual or misleading. We may change or remove names that break this rule.
• You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete Account.

4. Your licence to use the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use GameDash on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, and for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or rent the app or its content, except where the law allows it.

5. Fair play and conduct

When using GameDash you agree not to:

• cheat: modify the app, use bots, scripts or exploits, fake scores, or abuse bugs;
• interfere with the service, other players' games or our servers, or try to access other people's accounts or data;
• harass, threaten or harm other players, or share illegal, hateful or explicit content through names or invites;
• use GameDash for any unlawful purpose.

Our servers check scores, and remove ones that aren't possible. We may remove scores, reset XP, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice where the law allows.

6. Free service, no purchases

GameDash is free to download and play. It has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or paid features. XP, levels, scores and ranks are for fun: they have no money value and can't be bought, sold, exchanged or transferred.

7. Content and intellectual property

The app, its games, art, sound, code and the GameDash name and logo belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. Game names, characters and places in the games are fiction; any resemblance to real people or businesses is coincidence. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time.

8. Weekly challenges and prizes: official rules

From time to time GameDash may run a weekly challenge, where top players on a game's weekly leaderboard can win a prize such as event tickets. When it does, these rules apply, together with any extra details shown in the app for that challenge:

• Sponsor: Ala eddine chokri. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, any contest or prize in GameDash. Google and our other providers are not sponsors either.
• No purchase necessary. Entry is free: playing the game during the challenge week enters you. Buying anything never improves your chances.
• Eligibility: players aged 18 or over who live where the challenge is offered (shown in the app, for example the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). Excluded: our employees and their immediate families, and anywhere the law prohibits it. A guest account must be signed in with Apple or Google to claim a prize.
• Period: each challenge week runs from Sunday 00:00 to Saturday 23:59, Riyadh time (UTC+3), unless the app says otherwise.
• How winners are chosen: by skill. Winners are the highest accepted scores on that game's weekly board when the week ends; ties go to whoever reached the score first. Scores our fair-play checks reject don't count.
• Prizes: as described in the app for that week, for example 2 event tickets each for the top 3. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash alternative, and may be replaced by a prize of equal or greater value if one isn't available. Event tickets are subject to the event organiser's own terms.
• Claiming: we contact winners in the app or by the email linked to their account within 7 days. Winners must reply within 7 days and may need to confirm their age and identity. A prize that isn't claimed in time may be forfeited.
• Taxes and costs: any taxes and the cost of travel to an event are the winner's responsibility unless the app says otherwise.
• Disqualification: we may disqualify anyone who cheats, breaks these Terms or gives false information.
• Changes: we may change or cancel a challenge if something outside our control affects it, such as a technical failure, fraud or a change in the law.

9. Third-party services

GameDash relies on services from Apple, Google, Supabase and Cloudflare (see the Privacy Policy). When you use Sign in with Apple or Google, their terms also apply. You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use GameDash, such as your mobile carrier's terms.

10. Disclaimer

GameDash is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those that the law requires, and we don't promise the app will always be available, error-free or that your progress will never be lost. Multiplayer depends on your internet connection.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data, progress or profits. Our total liability for any claim about GameDash is limited to USD 50. Some places don't allow these limits; where that applies, they apply only as far as the law permits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

12. Ending these Terms

You can stop using GameDash and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, or stop offering GameDash. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as 7, 10, 11, 13 and 14, will continue.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using GameDash after a change, you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes go to the competent courts there, unless the consumer laws of your country give you the right to bring a claim where you live.

15. Apple App Store terms

If you got GameDash from the Apple App Store:

• Acknowledgement. These Terms are between you and us only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). We, not Apple, are solely responsible for GameDash and its content.
• Scope of licence. Your licence is limited to using GameDash on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. Other accounts in your Family Sharing group may also use it.
• Maintenance and support. We alone are responsible for any maintenance and support of GameDash. Apple has no obligation to provide any. Contact us at team@gamedashapp.com.
• Warranty. We are responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent they aren't effectively disclaimed. If GameDash fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any (GameDash is free). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding GameDash. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses from a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.
• Product claims. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or a third party about GameDash or your possession or use of it. These include: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that GameDash fails to conform to an applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
• Intellectual property. If a third party claims that GameDash or your possession and use of it infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
• Legal compliance. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that the U.S. Government has designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Developer contact. Ala eddine chokri, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, team@gamedashapp.com.
• Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using GameDash.
• Third-party beneficiary. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept these Terms, Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
