1. Who we are
GameDash ("GameDash", "we", "us") is a mobile games app published by Ala eddine chokri, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact us at team@gamedashapp.com.
2. What we collect

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise or coarse location, microphone, camera, health, payment or financial information, advertising identifiers, or browsing history. GameDash has no in-app purchases.
On your device only: some settings, such as appearance, haptics, sound and your local best scores, are stored on your phone. They are not sent to us.
3. How we use it
- To provide the app: your account, saving your progress across devices, the weekly leaderboards, multiplayer rooms and invites.
- To keep play fair: the server times each run and rejects scores that aren't possible in that time. It also limits how often runs can be started.
- To keep the service secure and working, and to fix problems.
- To run weekly challenges and contact winners, if prizes are offered (see the Terms of Use).
- To comply with the law.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Legal basis
We process your data to provide the service you asked for (performance of our agreement with you), for our legitimate interests in keeping the game fair and secure, and where needed with your consent (for example when you choose to sign in with Apple or Google). You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account. This covers the bases recognised by the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), the EU/UK GDPR and similar laws.
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run GameDash for us. Each is bound to protect it and use it only on our instructions:

Other players see your display name and your scores on leaderboards. People you play with in a room also see your name, and see you under "Played with recently" for 7 days. Choose a display name you're happy to show; you can change it any time in Profile.
We may disclose data if the law requires it, to protect the rights, safety and property of our players or of us, or as part of a merger or sale of the app. If that happens, this policy keeps applying to your data.
6. International transfers
Your data is stored in India and may be processed in other countries where our providers operate. When data leaves your country, we rely on our providers' contractual safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, and on the protections required by applicable law, including the PDPL's rules on transfers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
7. How long we keep it
- Account, profile, likes and runs: until you delete your account. Then everything linked to it is deleted from our database straight away.
- Multiplayer rooms: deleted automatically when everyone leaves, after 30 minutes without activity, or after 6 hours at most.
- Backups and logs kept by our providers for security are overwritten on their normal schedule, usually within 30 days.
- Guest accounts you no longer use may be deleted after 12 months of inactivity.
8. Your rights and choices
- Delete your account: open GameDash → Profile → Delete Account. This removes your account, scores, likes and history. You can also email us.
- Change your data: edit your name, interests and language in Profile.
- Access, a copy, correction, objection or restriction: email team@gamedashapp.com. We reply within 30 days and may need to confirm the account is yours.
- Complain to a regulator: in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA); in the EU/UK, your local data protection authority. Please contact us first so we can help.
9. Children
GameDash is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them without verifiable parental consent. If you are a parent and believe your child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it. Players under 18 should use GameDash with a parent's or guardian's permission, and cannot win prizes (see the Terms of Use).
10. Security
Data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and is encrypted at rest by our providers. Database rules make sure each account can read and change only its own private data. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
11. Tracking
GameDash does not track you. We don't use the advertising identifier (IDFA), third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, or share data with data brokers. That's why the app never asks for tracking permission.
12. Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes we'll tell you in the app before they take effect.
